Gamifying FairTrack.

My bachelor's thesis explored how gamification can make contributing to FairTrack feel rewarding rather than dutiful. I designed a progression system around saved-food milestones, achievements, and rewards, then evaluated the concept with foodsavers. Most of the resulting features are now integrated into the live platform.
